Cant use because it trys to open then shuts off. Irritated

How can you not? This app would be awesome if it connected to the Apple Watch. You have support for plenty of other devices which boggles the mind as why there isnt AW support.

This app would be awesome if there was a way to connect the Apple Watch to it so I can see how many steps Ive taken in the app without having to go to the health app. Or have the ability for the app to sync to the health app.

Search feature is convoluted. I tried to search hotdog and 90% of the items it pulls up are buns/rolls of some kind. The last thing a person on Atkins should be eating. This happens with all food options. Searched something the other day and it pulled up 8 options for that item on a pizza! Im still using it but its frustrating.

Not as good as MyFitnessPal. Just doesnt have the data that MFP has. The scan doesnt work very well. Use MFP and just subtract Fiber from total Carb count

I have been trying for 2 days. I have tried power cycling my phone, force closing the app and even deleting and reinstalling and every time it tells me failed to register try again later. Was really excited about the app but apparently the feeling isnt mutual.

Please fix the problems with scanning. Atkins scanner doesnt even scan atkins products correctly!?! I have to enter it manually. ;(

This app used to be great. Now I cant even log in. I did a password request twice in three days, and have never received it. Even checked my spam box. I tried to create a new account, but the app just sat there. When I tried again it said email already exists, but the account was never created because I cant log in with the new information either. I wish I could give this zero stars. I wont be buying anymore Atkins brand products after this, either.

I downloaded the app today because I really liked it in the past. However, I cant even get logged in to the app. It wont let me register or even see if I have an existing account. Very disappointed!

Ive been trying to sign up on the app for like three days now and I cant. Waste of time. Lose it app is much better. I was super disappointed in this one since weve recently started the Atkins diet but Ill just stick with the other app. Dont waste your time.

Im so annoyed with this nonsense of an app I didnt even really wanna click on a star at all.. This app is ridiculous. It wont let me log in and Ive reported the problem to them MULTIPLE times and they still have yet to fix it! This Atkins app is a joke! Dont even waste your time downloading it! I most definitely wont waste my money on the Atkins products after this. This just goes to show how "professional" this company is.

I love the diet, it really works. But the App is outdated. Yes it helps me count my net carbs but thats all, very basic. Recently it kicked me off and now I am unable to log back in or register again. Looks like everyone is having this problem. Please fix!

App was working great for a week and then it suddenly logged me out. It wont let me log back in with my credentials nor will it let me create a new account. Been trying for two hours with no success. Please fix this glitch!

It was working great, now it doesnt. It logged me out, when I try and log in, it says my password is invalid. When I request a new password, it doesnt send a new password to my email. What happened?

Got logged out, couldnt log back in. When I could, 50% of my meal tracker for the last month got erased. Whatever genius added the new Atkins products to the database managed to delete the old ones in the process. Fantastic.

Bad update, I can not look up anything now. There are other apps which function the same. This one lost me.

After a week the app stopped counting and tracking my intake. Id give it a zero if I could. Good concept but poor updates and execution.

It was working fine this morning, then it kicked me out and said I was logged out. Said my username and password were wrong, even though I know they were correct. I deleted the app, power-cycled my phone and redownloaded. Still nothing. I really love having this app to keep on track, so please fix it soon!!

WTH happened?! This app use to be pretty good, now you cant even sign in, too bad there isnt a button for stinks!
