Disappointed

This is ridiculous. This is a well known name brand. You would think they would have a better app. Especially at the prices they charge for kits. I signed up and within 2 hrs I was locked out and have not been able to log in since. Is a definite deterrent from even using their diet. If I could give 0 stars I would have. What a disappointment..
